Using this approach, fixtures cannot be pre-selected, as each property is different, requiring a site assessment and lighting plan. First, a lighting concept is developed. Next, the landscape and architecture are evaluated for lighting opportunities. Third, decisions are made as to what and how to illuminate. We consider it our responsibility as designers to capture your ideas, explore the possibilities and bring attention to the safety and security issues that should be addressed. Finally, fixtures are chosen that accomplish the goals and requirements of the project design.
